It's much harder to establish a position of five applications for the Zombie Apocalypse you might think. Let us focus on critical areas such as first aid, or do we try to inject a little humor, as Plants vs. Zombies for "training"? Cards
During the Zombie Apocalypse, you want to access a navigation application that uses cache memory cards. These applications tend to be large enough (usually more than one gigabyte), but when the zombies are after you died and the Internet, the information in the cache can be a lifesaver. We recommend Navigon (prices vary by region) and TomTom (ditto).
Survival Manuals:
The App Store is home to a number of manuals of survival. You can view iSurvival ($ 1.99), iSurvive ($ 1.99), the Army Ranger Handbook ($ 2.99), Survival ($ 3.99), or survive, ($ 1.99 ). TUAW recommend Zombie Apocalypse specific titles (eg, Manuel Zombie Apocalypse, $ 0.99) as they do not provide balanced coverage as the theme applications.
Flashlight apps
There are a bajillion apps torch for free on the App Store, many of them that can let your LED integrated as one. Flashlights can supporter you find your way through the moonless night you run through the gravel. Be careful tho'. They may attract more attention to you by hordes of undead, who can see both the living (especially when their glazed eyes chance on the prey bleeding warm).
You can use a flashing safety free to report your countrymen once you know they were not infected.
TUAW recommend picking up versions of applications multitool flashlight. You will not be the measure of the shelves or by using a level at the same time you're on the run for your life. Also skippo the virtual Zippos. They'll not do you any best in a zombie in the real world face-off.
Camouflage
Consider picking up the free Zombie Nombe Lite if you think you might need to go into situations where you have to hide among the zombies real. Hold the soft side of your face shuffle and do a lot of moaning noises. You combine perfectly.
